SAMARPAN SEWA TRUST

‘Samarpan Sewa Foundation’ is a registered social organization dedicated to assisting the needy and vulnerable individuals. It was established in September 2023. The organization includes members from all religions and castes. The office bearers of the organization hold prominent positions in the social sector.

The organization has a significant proposal to construct the ‘Samarpan Shelter Care Home’ in the future, which aims to provide meaningful shelter for orphaned children, widows, and distressed elderly individuals.

To execute this project, we have formed a special committee that is well-organized and committed to achieving this noble task successfully. We are currently collecting donations to support the construction work and hope to start the construction of the Care Home soon.

The construction work of the Care Home is proposed to commence in the near future, and we aspire that this building will provide a safe and comfortable residence for individuals facing various social circumstances.

UPCOMING PROJECTS

The organization aims to construct the ‘Samarpan Shelter Care Home’ in the near future, with a plan to accommodate orphaned children and elderly individuals who either do not have children or are in distress.

For the construction, a special committee has been formed, and donations are being collected. The proposed cost for the preliminary work on the site, including boundary walls, tube wells, toilets, main gate, etc., is approximately 4 lakh rupees.

We have established a dedicated committee for this construction project, which is well-organized and committed to completing the project successfully. Funds are being collected by the committee members to initiate the construction work. We are making efforts to seek support and contributions from potential donors so that this building can become an ideal place for the most vulnerable segments of society, offering a safe and comfortable residence for those who have been marginalized by society and require essential social assistance.

Working as a united organization, we collaborate through dedication to bring positive changes in society, and the support and contribution of our members are crucial in this process. We believe that through work fueled by dedication, we can transform our dreams into reality and lead society to a better and more harmonious state.

SELF-MADE

The organization has not received any form of government assistance so far. All programs are funded through membership fees and donations received. The organization has no overhead costs, and 100% of the funds received through donations and membership fees are utilized for charitable purposes. After each program, the account details are posted on the WhatsApp group for the information of the members.

The organization is registered under:
1. Main Registration: Societies Registration Act, 1958.
2. 12AA Registration: Income Tax Department.
3. 80G Registration: Income Tax Department.

Members

The organization currently has 10 Chief Protectors and 3 Protectors as lifetime members, who have come together through collaboration with socially esteemed individuals. The membership fees are as follows:

  1. Chief Protector: The lifetime membership fee for Chief Protectors is 21,000. They are highly respected individuals associated with the organization and serve as the main protectors of the organization.
  2. Protector Member: The lifetime membership fee for Protector Members is also 11,000. They play a crucial role in the security and protection activities of the organization.
  3. Special Member: Special Members actively participate in the specific activities and projects of the organization. They are selected by the organization for a designated period, and they contribute a membership fee of 5,100 rupees for a five-year term.
  4. Honorable Member: Honorable Members maintain a special connection with the organization and receive an honorary status. They pay an annual membership fee of 1,100 rupees.

The organization presents an honorary certificate to Chief Protectors and Protectors as a token of appreciation, highlighting their prestige. Special Members and Honorable Members play vital roles in the organization’s social and security activities, contributing significantly to fulfilling the organization’s objectives.
