Types of Paralysis

  1. Medical Paralysis – Loss of muscle function due to nerve damage, stroke, spinal cord injury, or diseases like ALS or MS.
  2. Sleep Paralysis – A temporary inability to move or speak when waking up or falling asleep, often accompanied by hallucinations.
  3. Decision Paralysis – The feeling of being stuck and unable to make a choice due to too many options or fear of making the wrong decision.
